Wal-Mart recalls donkey meat that contained fox

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is recalling donkey meat sold at some of its China stores after government tests showed the meat contained the DNA of other animals.

Finra to crack down on brokers with high number of complaints

The U.S. brokerage industry's self-regulator said it would create a special enforcement team focused on brokers with a pattern of customer complaints.

 In the United States, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) is a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory organization (SRO). FINRA is the successor to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD) and the member regulation, enforcement and arbitration operations of the New York Stock Exchange.

It is a self-regulatory organization, a non-governmental organization that performs financial regulation of member brokerage firms and exchange markets. 

The independent government agency which acts as the ultimate regulator of the securities industry, including FINRA, is the Securities and Exchange Commission.
